Hello!
How to do this (this is an animated png) and is there any software for capturing an image from the monitor screen to this format (screen move capture)?

There are many screen grabbers that display the result in a sequence of files. I have a software “PNG animator” on my poppy (there is an applestore in poppy) which makes the final animation from the sequence.
By the way, I don't use animated PNG much. The only plus is 24-bit, minuses - not all browsers support - most will see static.
PS: by the way, here is the current cinemagraphics))) Animation is only in a narrow section of the composition.
