Render in the 3D editor the camera span around the complex as a sequence of high-resolution images. Convert the resulting material into a low-resolution video via avconv, for example (h264 and webm formats) and into a sequence of jpg prepared for the web. With the help of javascript, provide the preload of the video and its scrolling by drag'n'drop. When scrolling stops, replace the video with the corresponding high-resolution jpg-file.
