How to make such a project in Symfony?

Hello! There is a great desire to learn Symfony. Previously, I had nothing to do with frameworks at all. Reading documentation and tutorials is very difficult. I really want to do some real project with my own hands, but there is not enough knowledge.
There is a question on the toaster, and the questioner there asked how he could organize the project (toster.ru/q/301673). There, one kind person gave a detailed plan of action for the implementation of his particular site.
I also took the layout of the educational project, which I need to complete and show the work done. Could you give me a similar plan from start to finish, how to deploy it. Am I going to strictly follow this plan and investigate the points where there will be plugs? It will be a big help for me
Here is the website I need to make:
The site needs an admin panel. The main page consists of left and right navigation. On the left are the sections of the site: "About us", "Portfolio", "I have not yet decided what will happen", "Contacts". On the right are the categories of goods: "Slabs", "Chairs", "Sofas", "Doors", "Accessories".
When you click on a product category, a list of all products in this category is displayed: a large image, description, 5 parameters (material, dimensions, impregnation), price, signature "in stock" and the "order" button at the bottom. In the admin panel, you can add products with these parameters. When they click on the "order" button, the person is redirected to the feedback form.
When you click on the navigation menu on the left, just static pages with an order form appear, with the exception of the "Portfolio" tab. There are three categories of work in the portfolio: "All projects", "Cafes, restaurants", "Houses, offices, apartments". We click on the category, we see a list of works, all works include the following parameters: an image, the name of the institution, a description of what they did and three links to social networks.
Thanks in advance to all who respond!

Just start doing and don't worry... There
will be problems and don't be afraid to ask questions specifically about them.
Now the question sounds something like "Guys, here is the TK - but I don't know how."
At this stage, just start sculpting something. Read the doc, read books, draw on paper schematically how everything should work.
No need to chase for ideal solutions - this is a utopia, especially at the start.
