How to make stock exchange chart dynamic?

There is a code where the guy creates a chart for the exchange, he uses a proxy. And because of this, the code stops working, I figured out how to fix it by removing part of the link in fetch, the chart works in static mode, but I would like it to work in dynamic mode (it works in dynamic mode), thanks in advance.
