How to make software raid1 in windows 10?

Guys, tell me how to properly assemble a soft raid1 in windows 10? I tried through "Disk Management" - create a mirror, it works, but the speed of two samsung evo 860 1tb is 500MB / s (I do reading and writing with NVMe 970 pro 1tb), as I understand it, one disk works. I need an analog like in linux'e - mdadm. What do you need to use? And if I reinstall the OS so that the raid does not fall apart, well, or it was easy to assemble. Thanks for answers.

What's wrong? Reading from two mirror disks. Above SATA3 you will not jump. If speed is needed, then RAID0 is made for it.
And for arrays, there are already two mechanisms: dynamic disks and disk spaces.
UPD: The first link from Google on dynamic disks https://remontcompa.ru/windows/funkcional-windows/... in plain language and with screenshots.

In Disk Management, designate the second disk as a mirror.
works, but the speed of two samsung evo 860 1tb is 500mb/s
That's the way it should be.
The speed in RAID1 is always slightly less than the speed of a single drive.

This is the analogue.
In addition, there are also disk spaces - an analogue of LVM.
And if I reinstall the OS so that the raid does not fall apart, well, or it was easy to assemble
After reading this question, the question creeps in - why do you need a raid at all? Why are you doing it? What tasks should he solve?

upd for a mirror, you need two, preferably identical, carriers

so yours are identical!
ps rides of level 0, 1, and often 5, 10 (by the way, the editors' choice is my choice/advice) - they support BIOSes of motherboards with chipsets, a little better than the cheapest ones.. is it worth bothering with a software ride in this case ???

Is there a mana where to collect a raid like that? in bios SATA to raid mode, and then? if I still have other disks on my sata ports?
