Good afternoon, often such a feature is in various applications for cinema, where a movie poster hangs in the header of the screen and just below information about it. Starting to scroll through the information, the layout with the info scrolls at the usual speed, and the poster is slower. There is such an effect, for example, on Google Play in the Movies section.
