In Layout, I made a slider on slick. This is the parent and several items in the pictures.

How to make it possible to change these pictures and the number of slides through the admin panel?

I understand that a lot of time has passed, and the issue is probably resolved, but questions cannot be left unanswered :)
To manage anything from the admin panel, whether it's a slider, or at least something else, you already need to write your own module. The easiest option in this case is to take the files of the slider built into Opencart, add an input field to them to indicate the number - and upload it back according to MVC. If the files are renamed and edited, there will be a new module; if the files are uploaded with the replacement of the old ones, we will add new functionality to the standard slider.
