How to make similar tooltip in chart.js angular?

I use Chart.js angular
to draw a graph, I need to somehow display additional hints for each point

$scope.labels = []; 
    $scope.series = [];

        }
    };

data is filled with data, but how to display a certain value for each data[i] in tips
, for example, if these tips are in the same dataTooltip array, let it be, I would take them by index, data[i] , dataTooltip[i] if in function tooltipTemplate could get this index, how can I do?
