How to make similar SVG backgrounds?

Tell me how to make up such SVG backgrounds as in this example, when the svg background, including the gradient, is distributed over two or even more sections.

Example: https://www.figma.com/proto/LqjuU3qBS3T4mb6VaTEIq1...

For backgrounds, create a separate laut. Next, play with positioning, starting from the section IDs and the scroll position
. As an example of this , here is a page thrown over

Stupid question, why is there SVG? Regular linear gradient :)
background: -webkit-linear-gradient(192deg, #3b1d60,#040d3e);
background: linear-gradient(192deg, #3b1d60,#040d3e);
Next is a regular block with color # 040D3E
P.S. The linear gradient needs to be twisted and changed so that it fits perfectly into the layout
