How to make several sites in one white IP?

Good day everyone.
there is a domain: contoso.com
and there is one white IP I
want:
when typing mail.contoso.com (opened web int. mail)
when typing phone.contoso.com (opened web int. telephony)
now mail.contoso.com is directed to exchange (IIS)
is there such functionality in IIS that would redirect the phone.contoso.com request to another local ip

configure 3rd level subdomain records in the DNS server
configure IIS for these subdomains.

phone.contoso.com - 7.7.7.7
how to do this: without changing the
mail.contoso.com port
