How to make several baskets for one customer in Bitrix?
The task is to create an online food ordering store on the basis of the Small Business editorial office (you can read more about it in my previous question ). The store provides functionality so that the user can order a menu for different days of the week. For example, on Thursday, customers can order dishes for Thursday and Friday. What the buyer ordered on Thursday will be delivered to him on Thursday, and what will be delivered to him on Friday the next day, but both orders will be paid.
At the same time, in the interface, he should see the baskets of orders for all days of the week and be able to change the goods in them. For example, if he collected a basket for Thursday and Friday, then both of these baskets should be displayed in his interface so that he can view the goods in them.
As I think, the principle should work here for each day of the week a separate basket, that is, there should be several active baskets, as I understand it, there is no such thing in the regular functionality. Advise how best to implement such functionality, perhaps someone has already had such experience?

the basket is collected alone, it is formed after placing an order.
if we distribute by days, then in any case we make several orders.
therefore, I think it would be logically correct to use the functionality of the order, and not the basket, i.e. several orders are formed at once and goods are added to it, and the front is displayed in the form of a basket.
You have to customize a lot.
