How to make a driver package for a specific laptop model (several thousand pieces) using SCCM and install it all together with Windows centrally? The drivers themselves are, albeit in exe form.

Try contacting the vendor, maybe they will give you an msi archive, for example. or make msi yourself

Create a package somewhere in the Operating System Deployment / Driver Packages area. You will make TS and will distribute it to these beeches.

Find out if the exe has a silent installation mode.
try running setup.exe /?
perhaps in a help parameters will be enumerated.
