How to make sass react to saving files that I import?

I use Libsass for Sublime. I will import other scss files into the style.scss file. If I edit the style.scss file, click Build, it compiles fine. When I edit imported scss, I would also like to call style.css compilation during build. How to set it up?

Alternatively, use a taskcrane like Gulp.
There you can set up a "tracker" for the necessary files and start compilation
