How to make registration and authorization laravel - ajax?

Good evening.
I am writing a SPA on laravel + vue.
How can I do registration and authorization through ajax.
Can I use authorization from the laravel box and how can I send ajax requests to these routes? Or do I need to write new api controllers - registration, login, password recovery, and write new api routes for them. Can you clarify this point?
And one more thing, I will not use access_token for access from vue, but I will use Gate.
