How to make PyCharm see PyQt5?

Installed PyQt5 on Python 3.5.2, everything works. I run the same code in PyCharm with an error. How to set up PyCharm?

As latush said , provide the correct path to python.
And as much as I can say, FORGET about the Russian names of paths and file names.
