How to make prog on Android on Qt see through Bluetooth Cypress PSoC 4200 BLE?

I flashed the Cypress demo with a Bluetooth Low Energy data transfer project.
I downloaded the CySmart program to my Android smartphone.
All OK. CySmart reads data from PSoC.
Then I created a demo project "Bluetooth Low Energy scanner example" in Qt Creator.
Compiled and uploaded to Android.
І this program does NOT see PSoC.
