How to make png transparency in photoshop?

I go to Google pictures
looking for the desired picture in png format, I
press RMB - I copy the picture
, I paste it into Photoshop, and it is inserted not transparent but black, or rather the areas that should be transparent, they are black.
Tell me how to solve the problem?

Copying occurs through the clipboard and it does not know how to transparency. (
Save to disk in png format and then drag it into Photoshop - transparency will be in place.
