How to make Plantronics Voyager 5200 work in WhatsApp/Telegram?

I have an iPhone 6S + Galaxy A5 (2016) + Plantronics Voyager 5200. The headset is connected to two phones at the same time. There are no issues with the iPhone - the headset correctly works out both telephony and instant messengers. But on Samsung, telephony is excellent, and when recording voice messages in instant messengers, for some reason, the phone’s microphone is used instead of the headset microphone. I turned off any "interceptors" like "OK, Google" (and "Yandex.Navigator"). Is there any way to fix this situation?
PS Calls in votsap go correctly, through the headset. The problem is only in voice messages.

Previously, on a PC (I don’t know how it is now), the telegram had a hard bug with recording / playback. He used to enter / exit those devices that are by default at the time the application was launched. When changing devices, the application had to be restarted. Check if the phone has this glitch too.
Have you tried without an iPhone?
