How to make page numbers in a Word document not show from the beginning?

There are documents. All pages are numbered, but you need to show page numbers only from a certain page (for example, from the 10th). Previous pages are numbered, but page numbers are not shown. Page numbers are shown starting from the 10th page. How to do this in Microsoft Word?
I used sections, but when I tried to turn off numbering in the first section, numbering was turned off in all other sections.

Leave sections.
On the page from which we are numbering, go to the feed and turn off the Link to previous button, as in the screenshot below:
After that, in the previous section, the pagination can simply be removed.
