Good evening, I found an interesting template on the net that implements a menu bar that changes its color when scrolling to a certain block. Since I'm not strong in scripts, maybe someone will tell you a script with which you can implement this moment. Or, with a similar scroll, change the color of not the menu, the scrollbar, I searched the Internet, and found nothing, only css, but it seems doubtful to me that this cannot be done.
