How to make one menu with different items for different activities?

I have a menu of options in the application (which is in the upper right corner):

Let's say we are on the screen with a list of movies. The menu will contain the following items: About the application, Genres, Exit.
We go to the "About the application" screen. There will be other items in the menu: List of films, Genres, Exit.
If we do it the stupid way, we will have several xml files in the menu folder . How to make it more beautiful, automate?

Different xml for different activities is ok. No "automation" is needed.
