How to make one chipper with several postfix+dovecot recipients?

Good day! Installed iredmail assembly for work purposes. Transition from kerio is planned. It is necessary to implement a bumper (auto-reply) for all employees at the end of the working day and on weekends/holidays. With this it is quite simple, since there is a sieve_before. And the question is: how to make one auto-reply for one sender, even if there are several recipients in the "To" and "Cc" headers? For example: [email protected] writes a letter to my server on the weekend to users [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] and receives an auto-reply from only one of the users or, which would be better, from some alias [email protected] I don't know if this can be done using dovecot_sieve, or by dovecot itself, and possibly by postfix. Another question in the auto-reply view: is it possible to track/open/view it somehow for future use? or send it both to the originator of the letter and to some hidden address?
