How to make numbering according to the template?

Good afternoon, how to fix the numbering in implementations so that it becomes UT-0000001 from the form 0002-000001, and in the documents when printed it would be UT-1? Last year it was 0002-UT-001, but only 100 documents fit in this way, after 99 it gives an error. 1C Fresh

0002-000001 became UT-0000001

most likely set up an exchange with UT.
the last number came from another program.
in the last 1C, the following logic is laid down: The first 2 digits are the "Base Prefix", then 2 digits are the Organization Prefix, and then comes the number.

Last year was 0002-UT-001

It is doubtful that the number was exactly 0002-UT-001, rather something like 02UT-001
, and yes, in this case, the maximum possible document number will be 99, and 1C will not be able to automatically assign 100 or more. In typical configurations "Enterprise accounting, rev. 3.0" and "Trade management, rev. 11", the implementation number format consists of 10 characters, of which the first two characters are the organization prefix, the second two are the infobase prefix, the fifth character (after the hyphen) a special custom prefix (default is "0").

Those. if you don’t touch anything with your hands, then the maximum possible number of the invoice is 99999.
Your problem is that at the beginning of work, someone removed insignificant zeros, accordingly reducing the maximum number to 99.
Renumber documents for this year by adding leading zeros to all document numbers.
If you work in fresh, then it is better to contact specialists.
If synchronization of cloud 1C: Accounting with local 1C: Trade Management is configured, then you need to be more careful with renumbering, because You can get duplicate documents.
