How to make notifications work on iPad?
I'm already tired of not working notifications on my iPad (stickers, reminders, sounds). I want to avoid having to go into each program in search of a new one, otherwise the meaning of Twitter and RSS clients is lost. Mail notifications work, when a new email arrives, a sticker appears with the number of new emails. Notifications in other apps don't work. It is clear that Mail works differently.
I read a lot on the net, I did not see a solution. Notifications in the settings are enabled (both in general and in each required application), the firmware is the latest. It does not work either via Wi-Fi (at home and at work), or via GSM (MTS).
Who actually had this problem and was able to solve it, please tell me how?

Is there a jailbreak? If there is, then it's his fault, I had the same problem.
