How to make Node work from openServer terminal?

In the terminal, OpenServer
node -v
gives.
"node" не является внутренней или внешней
Previously, I jumped with a tambourine and launched it according to some guide, everything worked. Then I updated OpenServer and it stopped. Who decides - give a link to the guide or a kick in the right direction.
PS, the node itself feels great and from Windows powerShell gives everything as it should

IMHO It's easier to deploy a full-fledged server on a virtual machine and work with it, and in terms of time it's less expensive than suffering from an eternally buggy OS.
