How to make Newsstand app (kiosk) for iOS 8?

Started learning Swift and iOS development. There was a desire to create the simplest Newsstand app, with the ability to view the PDF of the magazine and the issue manager (a list of magazine issues with the ability to download). In addition to the iOS Developer Library, I found little information, so I will be grateful if you share tutorials / practices / experience on creating such an application on Xcode 6 and Swift.

Excellent documentation and development examples from the manufacturer.
On the right in the "Videos" column there are "Newsstand Apps from Start to Finish" and "Building Great Newsstand Apps".
You need a developer account to view it, but if you get down to business, you will need it anyway.
