How to make nested groups of shipping options in woocommerce?

Good afternoon, is there a regular way to set up nested groups of delivery options, for example, pickup points - a nested list, postamates - 1 more nested list, etc. Or is it definitely impossible to do without manual refinement?

There is definitely no way to do without manual refinement. There is no such functionality out of the box.
