How to make multisite on Bitrix?

Tell me, plz.
There is a site on Bitrix, and I made a copy of it. Other sites with languages remained in the copy.
Bought a license for a copy.
I wanted to know, do I need to buy a license for other languages? (Do I need to buy additional sites if they are already there?)
If so, please send a link on how to set up a license for other languages, pliz
