How to make multiple parent categories in WordPress?

There are two categories: News and Reviews , each of which has subcategories Games , Music , Movies and series .

News

-- Movies and series
Reviews
-- Games
-- Music
-- Movies and series

Actually the question is: How can I make for Games , Music , Movies and series parent categories News and Reviews , without creating them again for each parent category?

Do not re-create, there will be one category, and where is the point of separation?

You need to add a media type taxonomy. Headings leave under reviews and serials.
And in the media, write Games, Music and something else.
Thus, each post can be in both taxonomies, but there will be no duplicate terms
