How to make money transfers in a Django project?

I'm trying to make a store in a django project,
but I don't know how to do it correctly.
Is it possible to create a form where a request for a transfer from card to card of the same bank occurs?
Is there any module for django that works with any cards of any bank.
Where you simply indicate the number of the card to which the request for money transfer is sent, after confirming which the money is transferred.
I'm new to this business so I don't know how it works and how to do it.
