How to make modal windows open in bootstrap along with anchor scrolling?

On one page I have smooth scrolling through anchors and on the same page there are modal windows. You can't make both work at the same time. Since the lattice "#" is used here and there.
Please tell me how to make friends with each other scripts so that it works fine together.

There was a problem since the link code was like this href="#modal-container-nim"
I added a slash to make the code like this href="/#modal-container-nim" and modal windows began to open and the scrolling remained smooth.
