How to make make work in clion under windows?

When loading a finished project from the git, Analysing makefile fails with the following error:
Make execution failed with exit code = 127
CreateProcess error=2, The specified file cannot be found
There is a recommendation to run ./configure, but I have windows and this command is not recognized.
How to be?
