How to make linked tables in Access 2013 so that when deleting in linked tables, the deleted element is also formatted?

There are several tables interconnected by identifier (ID), for example, Tab1 (the main table) and the associated Tab2 (values from the identifier Tab1 are substituted), Tab3 (values from the identifier Tab2 are substituted), i.e. when opened in Tab1, the relationship between them is visible. In Tab1, the ID serves as a numeric field, which can then be deleted, and it is necessary that in other tables the related fields are also deleted, and the ID in the fields of Tab1 below the element being deleted is reduced by 1 and the whole thing does not break =)
How can this be done?
The option with hands is not considered, since it takes a long time to edit and you can make a mistake.

Go to the data schema, throw these tables there, put links between them and specify - cascade update / cascade delete.
