How to make it so that when you click on a module subitem, an interface opens where you can add something and it is saved to the database? It is necessary for the Bitrix site, I am creating a module for the site configuration and I need all this to be displayed in the interface and when you make some changes there, so that they are saved in the database!

There are several solutions.
1. Create a separate table in the database and access it via ORM 2. Create an
infoblock and, when creating the application menu, simply specify a link to its element with settings
