Dear experts of Bitrix. Question - is it possible to make sure that when filling out the feedback form, the information goes into orders? I know that there is iblock.element.add.form - which sends the element to the infoblock, but how can I do that in orders? joxi.ru/MAjQL0wHv070l2

To create an order, there must be a product in the basket, and when entering a message, the product will be empty, so the order will not start. Of course, you can go this way:
1) Through the API, we start a new product with the name from the form.
2) Add to cart via API.
3) Through the API, we register the current basket selection as a completed order.
But IMHO the solution is not very kosher.
