How to make it so that Uploading photos is from the site folder?

Good afternoon, I have this codepen, I put it on my local computer. Pictures are loaded only from sites (loads slowly and loads for a long time), can it be transferred so that it loads them from a local folder?

There is no way to upload files to codepen, including pictures. You can only load from other resources.
