How to make it so that the bot would receive the comment ID using the wall.getComments method, and respond to it using the wall.createComment method?

I have a VK game bot and I want to make it so that when you enter "auto-comment" a post is sent to the community wall, and for a comment under the post, it gives out a reward and responds to this message, but I don't know how to get the comment ID. Does anyone know what the problem is, can you help?
