I need to rank the content in the slider when clicking up and down on the keyboard, and with the mouse, we both drag the slider to the left to the right and drag it up and down so that an event is fired on which I will change, for example, the category of this slide. Well, on mobile, so that this mechanism works when swiping.

The essence of the feature is that I have a slider with cards, I scroll them in the slider from left to right, and when I want to transfer a card to another category, I swipe it up and it is removed from the current category and goes to the category above and the same if I swipe to the bottom, the card will move to the category below.
