How to make it so that a new page is automatically created if there are more than 20 entries?

How easy it is to display posts - this is understandable, but here's how to flip every 20 posts to other pages?
For example:
On one page /news/1 from 0-20 entries, on /news/2 from 20-40 entries, etc.
