There is a table with user rights on it, how to make it so that when deleting a right, on a separate form, there is a history of deleting rights

At change of record in the table of the rights you do records in other table (the table - history of actions).
You add rights or change, create an entry in the history table. You connect the table in other (necessary) form.
The history of changes is not automatically written anywhere.
