How to make it possible to add a block in advanced custom fields?

Good afternoon, I am a beginner in wordpress, perhaps I asked the question incorrectly. I am making my own theme and using advanced custom fields in it, there are reviews in the theme, but I need to do something so that I can add a new review (that is, you click on the button and another field for feedback appears for example), how can this do? Perhaps advanced custom fields are not needed for this at all, in which case what is needed for this?
