How to make IP addresses of docker containers running inside wsl2 visible?

When running docker for windows, you cannot specify IP addresses to linux containers, i.e. the assembly is visible only through localhost.
However, the same can be done inside ubuntu running wsl2. docker is installed in ubuntu, the project is built via docker-compose. Inside ubuntu, the set IP addresses on the containers are already visible.
The question is how to make them visible to windows?
