How to make incremental backups from linux to storage?

Good afternoon. There is a file washer on linux, backed up to another hard drive via rsnapshot. Awesome system. But I would like to use storage. How can you make such backups on it? Maybe not so convenient, but incremental is desirable. Optimally, I want a regimen 2-3 times a day, then the last one becomes a daily one, at the end of the week the last of the daily ones becomes a weekly one, etc. how it's done in rsnapshot.

Everything strongly depends on the storage system, and on what opportunities it provides.
It is quite possible that you can do it through the same rsnapshot.
