How to make import and export error-free in ES6?

illegal import (export) declaration
I read on this topic, added to eslint

Did not help.
And if you do an import, how will such a record look like?

ImportUrl = require('../global').ImportUrl;
Import ImportUrl.ImportUrl from '../global';

Is this how it would be right?
