How to make images from tumblr feed automatically post to telegram chat?

To date, I have found 2 ways to implement.
1) We use a ready-made third-party bot that takes RSS and posts the feed to the chat itself.
Problems:
a) most of these bots do not work.
Solution: we are looking for workers, periodically they fall off.
b) there is no RSS feed specifically for tumblr subscriptions.
Solution (bad): we take and turn the page addresses in tumblr into RSS links and feed several of these links to the bot. But for some reason this doesn't work.
2) use ifttt, there we select the trigger "new post in my tumblr subscriptions feed", select the action - "send a message to the screwed chat in the ifttt bot"
Works. The bot really sends messages to the chat with each new post in the tumblr feed. But... just a link. And I need a PICTURE from this post.
