No way. That's real. You can ask the browser something, but no one will give you the environment variables. Otherwise, it's a cap.

You replace a certain code string in the HTML file with the value of the environment variable, save it to a new temporary file and open it in the browser. What to substitute is a matter of technique, I would probably use sed. There will be such a two-line batch file.
