In general, this is not difficult, go to the page https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/ and type "html previewer" in the search, and then choose which one you like.

Here is the plugin you need. To start using it after installation, press Ctrl+Shift+V. And your review will open.
If you don't like it, here's an alternative. A Go Live button will appear at the bottom of the status bar.
