How to make horizontal blocks without CSS in Drupal 7?

Greetings!
There are two blocks on the page (body and image), you need them to be on the same line, not under each other. I know how to implement using CSS, but is there an option to do this without getting into styles, for example, some kind of module?

well, make it a table, if that's the case :)
use
views > grid (the grid just displays a table).
or
display suite > two columns.
there are more panels
