How to make gravity constant and not increase?

Such a problem. The player must be in the water (fall down a little at a constant speed). But over time, it starts to fall faster and faster. How to fix it?

Learn physics.
Gravity is constant. Acceleration of free fall - too. But since there is acceleration, then the speed is not constant

Uncle Bogdan, come up with something, there are a million ways. You can turn off gravity and simply change velocity with knobs simulating gravity; you can not turn it off and just change the velocity, for example, limit it; you can generally get away from physics and interact with transform; you can make it even more cunning and imitate real physics and make the Archimedes force exist in the water, damn it, it probably doesn’t roll, there is acceleration in life. I am sure that there are other ways, it would be a desire to come up with them
