How to make gcc compile Pascal?

Here he will be at the Olympics. But I know a lot just not to shove. I tried to compile helloworld through gcc and he writes

gcc: error: test.pas: Pascal compiler not installed on this system
I searched through aptitude for pasc but no results. How to put it? After all, TurboPascal does not work through Vine

gcc is a compiler for C, C++, a number of other languages, but not pascal (as far as I know).
You need to google for FreePascal or GNU Pascal ( www.gnu-pascal.de )

I think it's too early for you to go to the Olympics

For pascal, apparently gpc needs to be run, not gcc.

1. Open a new browser tab (this is the program through which you access the Internet).
2. In the address bar (at the top, where the link to the site is usually shown), enter "google.com" (without quotes).
3. The search page will open. In the middle of the screen, type "gcc install pascal" into the search bar (again without the quotes), and click the "Search" button (on the right).

Installed fpc (freepascal)
Compiles fine, although it's not gcc
